Day 2, check.
37 min, 1.79 miles. Today I was supposed to be running two, walking four. Sometimes the walking four felt like too much walking but I tried to stick with it. I don't want to get hurt.
Just one more treadmill workout before I get to run with people!
I am curious to see how the PARR plan differs from the Women's Running plan.
